Litte bit about me:
I’m a homeschooling, home birthing, crunchy mom,
and a 5x certified mindset coach and sacred space holder.
For the last five years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating spaces where women and mothers can truly be seen, heard, and held. I’m deeply grateful to wake up every day feeling aligned with my purpose and excited to show up for my family in the most present and loving ways.
My days are spent fully immersed in the moment with my children, and as a result, our bond has flourished. They know they are held—physically, emotionally, and mentally—and I’m able to guide them through their big emotions with patience and love. My relationship with my husband is stronger than ever, too. Instead of feeling 'touched out' after a full day of mom-ing, we share love that nourishes and deepens our connection.

But trust me, my life didn’t always look this way.
When I became a mom five years ago, I felt like I was tossed into the deep end of a swimming pool without being taught how to float. I was so ready to embrace motherhood, but I had no tools to make it anything other than a chaotic, overwhelming whirlwind. I remember feeling angry—angry that no one had told me motherhood could look and feel different. I was burning out, anxious, and tired, always questioning, “Is this normal? Is this what being a mom is supposed to feel like?”
I came from a mother who was the definition of “go, go, go”—someone who powered through every day, never stopping. And though I loved her, I couldn’t help but feel like I was trapped in a cycle of stress and exhaustion, and no one ever told me that peaceful, joyful motherhood was even an option. I longed for my story to be different. I didn’t want my kids to grow up carrying the same burdens of burnout and emotional regulation struggles that I had spent so many years rewriting in my 30s. I knew that the change had to start with me. I had to become the living, breathing embodiment of the calm, balanced motherhood I envisioned—so I could model it for my sons and their future families.
It’s been a wild journey of ups and downs, full of hard lessons and deep learnings. I spent the last five years diving deep into reclaiming motherhood—sitting with myself, and with other mothers, learning where the struggles come from and why we have such little support. I’ve spent countless hours in the darkest parts of myself, confronting my fears and insecurities, only to emerge with the tools and wisdom to hold myself with deeper understanding and compassion.
And now, I get to hold you in that same space—helping you find the strength to do the same for yourself
Through that journey, I’ve had the privilege of becoming certified in life-changing tools like Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping), Subconscious Reprogramming, and Hypnosis. These tools have been game-changers for me. They transformed my life—and now, I’m living proof of how powerful they truly are.
But here’s the most powerful part of my story: I found peace.
Today, I walk into motherhood with ease and confidence, knowing that no matter what challenges arise throughout my day, I can navigate them peacefully. I’m no longer just surviving motherhood—I’m thriving. I’ve learned to truly enjoy it, to be fully present in it, and my kids are better for it. They have a happy, healthy, alive mother, and in turn, they are thriving, too.
Motherhood deserves a new look—one that’s rooted in self-care, empowerment, and joy. I’m here to show you that it’s possible to create that change in your own life, too.

We’re going to focus on creating a space that nourishes both your mind and soul. To truly feel good every day, our outer environment must reflect the peace and energy we want to cultivate inside. In week one we’ll dive into the powerful practice of clearing out physical clutter to create mental clarity and emotional peace. We’ll also explore the art of designing a sacred space—an altar—that will serve as a powerful anchor for your intentions, grounding you in your daily life.
MODULE 2:
RECENTER
You’ll learn tools to regulate your nervous system and create a deep sense of safety and grounding in your body. As a mother, your emotional state directly impacts the energy of your home. By staying in tune with your own nervous system, you’ll become a calming force for your family, fostering an environment of connection and peace.You’ll discover how to manage your emotions in real time, staying calm and centered no matter the chaos of motherhood.
MODULE 3:
RECONNECT
We will focus on reconnecting with your body and learning how to nourish it mindfully and intentionally. Motherhood can often pull us in a thousand directions, leaving us disconnected from our physical needs. In this week, we'll slow down, tap into the present moment, and explore how nourishing ourselves with intention can create lasting energy, clarity, and vitality.
MODULE 4:
RECALIBRATE
This module is a powerful invitation to reclaim your true essence as a mother and wife—free from the emotional baggage, self-doubt, and exhaustion that often hold you back. You will learn how to release the unprocessed emotions that are keeping you stuck in patterns of overwhelm, guilt, and self-sabotage. By embracing the full spectrum of your emotional experience without fear, you’ll rediscover your innate strength and confidence.
MODULE 5:
REAFFIRM
You’ll discover the transformative power of Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), a simple yet highly effective 5-minute practice you can use daily. This technique will not only leave you feeling calm and centered, but will also rewire your body and mind to cultivate a deep sense of safety and emotional balance. As a mother this practice will be a game-changer—helping you release stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt in real time. By tapping into this tool daily, you'll create lasting shifts in your emotional state, enabling you to show up with more presence, patience, and clarity for your children

REESTABLISH
You’ll gain the clarity and confidence to set powerful boundaries that protect your energy and emotional well-being. It’s easy to give too much and feel depleted, but setting clear boundaries is essential for reclaiming your time, energy, and sense of self. During the call, we’ll identify where you have the biggest energy leaks—whether physically, emotionally, or energetically—and pinpoint where boundaries need to be set.
MODULE 7:
RECLAIM
This will be your integration week. This week you’ll step fully into the empowered mother you’ve become. Through journaling, you’ll write a Reclamation Statement—a powerful reminder to show up for yourself daily and stay committed to the practices you’ve embraced. You’ll also create a vision for the future, reinforcing your commitment to continue growing, nurturing your emotional well-being, and embodying the calm, present mother you’ve transformed into. This is your moment to reclaim your motherhood and set the foundation for lasting change.
We will have one Welcome Week at the beginning of the program, for a total of 8 weeks of transformation together.
